1. Agreement to terms
By installing or using SafeNet30 (the "App") on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't install or use the App.
2. What the app does
SafeNet30 verifies business buyers using third-party know-your-business (KYB) data — including business identity, watchlist, bankruptcy, and tax ID checks — and applies the credit limits and Net terms rules you configure to orders placed through Shopify B2B company accounts. Verification results are informational: SafeNet30 does not guarantee that a buyer will pay, and you remain solely responsible for any credit or Net terms you extend.
3. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for configuring credit limits, terms, and buyer eligibility rules appropriately for your business, for the accuracy of the store and company data you provide, and for complying with applicable law when extending credit to buyers, including any consumer or commercial credit regulations that apply in your jurisdiction.
4. Fees and billing
Fees for SafeNet30 are billed through the Shopify billing API according to the plan you select at installation. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Data and third-party checks
To perform KYB verification, SafeNet30 shares relevant company information with third-party verification providers. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's collected, shared, and retained.
6. Termination
You can uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe it's being used in violation of these terms or in a way that creates risk to us, Shopify, or other merchants.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SafeNet30 is not a lender, credit bureau, or collections agency, and does not guarantee buyer creditworthiness or payment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeNet30 is not liable for losses arising from credit or Net terms decisions made using the App, including unpaid invoices.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
