SafeNet30— KYB verification for Shopify B2B

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 28, 2026

1. What we collect

When you install SafeNet30, we collect store information from Shopify (such as shop domain and plan) and company account data needed to run KYB checks — business name, address, registration details, and tax ID where provided. We don't collect payment card details; those are handled entirely by Shopify.

2. How we use it

We use this data to run verification checks, calculate and apply credit limits, and show you check results in your Shopify admin. Verification requests are shared with third-party KYB data providers solely to return a result — those providers don't retain data for their own purposes beyond what's needed to fulfill the check.

3. Data retention

We retain verification results and company records for as long as the App is installed on your store, plus a limited period afterward to support audit and compliance needs. You can request deletion of your store's data by contacting us after uninstalling.

4. Data sharing

We don't sell company or buyer data. Data is shared only with the verification providers necessary to perform KYB checks, and with service providers (such as hosting and analytics) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to verification data is limited to systems and personnel that need it to operate the App.

6. Your choices

You control which buyers are checked and what credit rules are applied. Uninstalling the App stops new verification checks; existing records are retained per our data retention practices above unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
